Mini-trathalon June 26

 

Hudson YMCA swim meet August 21.

 

Brat Roast Fundraiser: FOPL will once again have a brat roast fundraiser at RJ Meats in Hudson. The dates are July 16 & 17 from 10a.m.-6p.m with set-up at 9:30a.m.. Thanks to RJs and the Knights of Columbus to make this possible. Volunteers to work 4 hour shifts are needed. Please contact Donna Seim at 549-6587.

Annual Meeting:Saturday,May 22 1:30 at the swimming area if fair, maintenance building if not.

 

Diver's Appreciation Picnic to thank volunteer divers who pull eurasion milfoil from the swimming area:Please come to FOPL"s brat-roast following the May 22 pull and express your appreciation. 22 divers and also weed collectors filled half a 1 ton truck bed! Anyone wishing a copy of the photo file use the email link on the contact page.

 

 

Earth Day:FOPL had a booth at St. Croix County"s 5th annual Earth Day Event at Camp St. Croix April 18. The theme was chemicals in the environment. Children could pick a Perch Lake agate for correctly identifying what is good or bad for the lake. We actually ran out of Good Search Pennies for the Park cards.
